6 beef bullion cubes                1 bag frozen limas

1 28oz can tomato puree         1 bag frozen English Peas

1 12oz can tomato paste         1 bag frozen carrots diced

2 12 oz cans diced tomatoes   1 head cabbage diced

8 oz. elbow macaroni              2 cups celery cut in small pieces

1 large onion diced                 4 packs Lipton onion soup mix

˝ head of fresh garlic             2 - 64oz jars V8

2 tsp herb garlic seasoning      1 Tbsp sugar

1 tsp sweet basil                      ˝ tsp oregano

2 tsp Mrs. Dash seasoning      4 tsp soy sauce

salt and pepper to taste

Boil hamburger and chicken in water until tender. Break up into small pieces. Place frozen vegetables in bags in sink to thaw while meat is cooking. After meat is done add all the ingredients in pan except the macaroni and simmer for 2 or 3 hours. Add water as needed. Add the macaroni at the end so it doesn’t get mushy.

Makes about 16 quarts than can be frozen for a working mother to have for her family on a busy night.

Enjoy!!
